Welcome to the Positive Nation Music App (“Service”), operated by Positive Nation LLC, a California-based company. By downloading, accessing, or using this Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions

“Content” includes all music, audio, visuals, text, data, and materials available through the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Any misuse — including spamming, harassment, or the upload of infringing material — may result in suspension or termination.

By submitting content through the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content as needed to operate, promote, or improve the Service.
You may not modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any portion of the Service without prior written consent.
4. Rewards, Subscriptions and Payments
If you earn Positive Points, redeem rewards, or subscribe to premium features, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
All payments are final, unless otherwise required by law.
We may modify pricing, reward systems, or subscription structures with reasonable notice provided through the app or email.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Positive Nation LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or unauthorized access.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Any significant updates will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
